Hello, hello, hello!

It's been a while since I could not you post an article, & no I'm not going out the blather of "I'm overwhelmed," you've already heard, and I think you got it eh: D

Today, no look, it becomes more difficult to find time to take pictures, especially with the days ending instead. Depressing.

Instead, videos! Maybe some already know since I announced on the Facebook page of the blog, I just created an account specifically for YouTube videos of the blog, and I advise you to subscribe because I will post without I doubt video would not call on the blog no later n_n. Seriously, this skirt is it not too nice / too nice / too hype / too DSDHQSKJ ? (No "inapplicable" to scratch, no!).
I paid, like, about 30 euros, and in fact I think the skirt is the most expensive I have in my wardrobe (if we except the skirts Shoppee in sales, of course ). & I admit that at the time, 30 euros for a skirt, it made me a bit weird anyway. I'm not the kind of girl unlimited budget, I count my pennies, euros per euro, yes. & I have a few informal rules that my subconscious too installed without asking my opinion. For example, for a dress "lamba" I like a lot-lot-lot, we will say that I must not exceed 100 euros. For a more formal, not more than 200. For pants, no more than about 50 euros, for jeans, I have no more than 30 euros in my wardrobe .. For shoes, nothing to more than 40 euros now, but I know if I find a great pair, I could go to 100. As for the sack, I do not put more than 100 euros in a room unless it is a piece of brand. That voilou & now you know everything about my clothes budgets x '). After, of course it varies, but basically that's it.

Well, I bought it at New Look, when I was in Paris last month.

I bought it for 30€, which is a little bit expensive for me, because I don't have a lot of money. But I haven't any regrets, it's perfect !

In my head, I have like some shopping prize rules. For exemple, for a beautiful dress, I can use something like 100€, & for a night dress & so on, 200€ max. For the pants, about 50€, & I don't have a jean which cost more than 30€. For the shoes, I don't have any shoes which cost more than 40€ but I guess that if I'd love very very much a pair of shoes, I could use about 100€. & For the bags, the same, except if they're from a famous brand as, dunno, Chanel or Louis Vuitton for exemple.

Well, & you, what's your shopping budget ?

Skirt : New Look, Top : Mango, Shoes : Texto, Socks : Géant Casino, Cape : Gemo.

Laying absolutely not intentional, I think I tried the hair suits me because of the wind, but in the end it was funny, and as I am afraid of nothing, I'll watch: D.

So I just calculate average returns me how a "meal" with your recipes often a hand in a jar of 500ml and 2 in a 1 liter bottle , we arrive at 0.70 € per share in cash on gas, I just did not count the jars because I already had. I made a small update about the autoclave Mirro on the page describing the autoclaves .

There are now two manuals:

• Here is an old instruction manual for those who had the same controller shaped disk that the All American . (Thanks Sylvia!)
• I miss an instruction manual for intermediate models that had weighed in a sphere into three parts.
• Here is the latest. (Thanks Christian!)

Then Christian is preparing for a temporary change to find a solution to his problem. Christian lives in altitude, and autoclave give us trouble that seem related to overheating. The autoclave Mirro can be set at 5, 10 or 15 lbs. At the height of Christian living, it could operate 12 lbs, but he is forced to operate at 15 lbs. He will try to fix that stuff and it will be a separate ticket.

This workshop was not a workshop. was a treat. Besides me, there were only women, it starts well! :)

We had the time to do everything that was expected, except, unfortunately trying the autoclave Mirro Josée Q.

Here I really need help. I never seen it. A ri-canneuse sent me these pictures and I'm puzzled. The first is the chicken and the second kind is the pork loin. For sure, the pork loin was frozen, thawed and then passed into the oven before potting. For chicken, it is not if it was frozen or not, but it was in the oven too.

Looks like proteins are removed from the meat. It is as if we had put the milk. The jars are still sealed properly. The cans have been sterilized in an autoclave on a recent Mirro vitro ceramic stove.

I really have no idea what could have happened, and you?

Two new polls for workshops

Yes I know, I go tanning with my polls and my workshops, but I gotta do to be on me not me plant, and to better serve the most of you.

I describe two different workshops:

tame the autoclave and

Canned 301

tame the autoclave

This workshop is for people who know how to make canned food acids but are reluctant to purchase an autoclave. Or with people who encounter problems or have doubts about its operation.

We will present the latest Mirro (which contains 16 jars of 500 ml and 5 one-liter bottles), my old Presto 21 liters, and the All American that Louis-Charles will lend us (thank you Louis-Charles).

We would run into the demonstration, and there would be a lot of time expected to communicate and try to find solutions to problems.

This 4-hour workshop costs $ 50 and be held with 10 people. It would place the afternoon of the weekend in the beautiful kitchen in the Nursery School of the Souris Verte, St-Marthe-sur-le-Lac.

Canned 301

This workshop is canneux has very advanced. It would be given by Denis canneux of the Naked Lunch Gastronomy.

Denis operates one of the few artisanal canning in Quebec and we offer this wonderful workshop. Denis is a kind of pioneer of canned craft in Quebec. It started with class, skill, and determination.

This workshop is for people interested in understanding how to quantify, measure and define a scale of autoclaving to ensure the safety of a canned product.

Outline:

- microbiological aspects related to the canning
- Heat treatments: required equipment, testing heat distribution, heat penetration testing, definition of a sterilization, cooling, role and vacuum measurement, management of critical factors
- Demonstration of a penetration test and calculation of heat sterilizing value in real time.
- Definition of the scheduled process
- Q

Other details:

Workshop duration: 4 hours
Cost per participant: $ 50 minimum
Number of participants: 8
It would place the afternoon of the weekend.
The workshop would be in the canning of the Naked Lunch Catering in Ste-Sophie in the Laurentians (45 minutes north of Montreal)
Prerequisite: good knowledge of basic processes of canning, be curious
