Here I really need help. I never seen it. A ri-canneuse sent me these pictures and I'm puzzled. The first is the chicken and the second kind is the pork loin. For sure, the pork loin was frozen, thawed and then passed into the oven before potting. For chicken, it is not if it was frozen or not, but it was in the oven too.
Looks like proteins are removed from the meat. It is as if we had put the milk. The jars are still sealed properly. The cans have been sterilized in an autoclave on a recent Mirro vitro ceramic stove.
I really have no idea what could have happened, and you?
